Recently, 20 international students from the Finnish Campus of Hebei University of Technology visited Tianjin FUBER Technology Co., Ltd. located in Beichen District, kicking off a two-week internship program. These students, hailing from Finland, Slovakia, Russia and other countries, major in fields including mechanical design and computer science. During the internship, they will gain in-depth understanding of technologies in China's intelligent manufacturing sector and experience firsthand the innovative vitality of Chinese enterprises.

The opening ceremony of the internship was successfully held at Tianjin FUBER Technology Co., Ltd. on July 14, with leaders from both the School of International Education of Hebei University of Technology and FUBER Technology in attendance. At the ceremony, leaders from both sides expressed high expectations for the internship, encouraging the international students to cherish this rare opportunity, study actively, integrate theoretical knowledge with practice, and enhance their professional competence.

After the ceremony, the students embarked on a fulfilling internship. They first visited the company's production lines, gaining a direct understanding of the company's overall operations and product manufacturing processes. As one of FUBER's core products, electric outboard motors became a key focus of the internship. Featuring modular design, these motors boast powerful performance, long endurance, and an IP68 waterproof rating, making them widely applicable to scenarios such as recreational boats and sea fishing. Their independently developed magnetic coupling technology, which achieves 100% energy loss-free operation, leads the industry.

During the internship, the students actively participated in various practical tasks. They personally assembled and tested electric outboard motors, gaining insights into structural differences between models, functions of core components, and mastering key assembly skills such as sealing performance testing and power output calibration, as well as safety regulations. Their hands-on ability and operational skills improved steadily.

On July 24, company leaders took the students to a lakeside for a boat trip and electric outboard motor operation experience. Through practical operation, the students witnessed firsthand the application and operation of electric outboard motors on boats, gaining clearer understanding and insights into the theoretical knowledge they had learned. They also deeply felt China's advanced technologies and innovative achievements in the marine power equipment sector, and spoke highly of and recognized the company's products in interviews. The closing ceremony was held smoothly on July 25.

This university-enterprise joint training program, adopting a "theory + practice" model, provides an excellent platform for students from multiple countries to gain in-depth understanding of China's intelligent manufacturing. Through the internship, the international students not only broadened their professional horizons and improved their practical abilities but also enhanced their understanding and recognition of Chinese culture and enterprises.
