Must-read before installation.
⚠️ Important instructions or warnings
a. Avoid battery short circuit when connecting.
b. Once the power cable or communication cable is interrupted, the outboard motor will stop working.
💡 Tips or tricks for use
a. When installing, ensure that the connector is dry to prevent short circuits.
b. Please clean the connection connector once every three months.
c. During use, if poor contact is found, it is recommended to check the connection and fastening of each terminal.

💡 Tips or tricks for use
1. Please be sure to fix this product on the central axis of the ship. If your ship is asymmetrically designed, please consult an authorized dealer of Fuber Technology to adjust the appropriate installation position.
2. For long-term continuous use, it is recommended to use bolts to connect the equipment from the spare fixing holes to the hull to enhance the locking effect.
02/ Installation Instructions
Front control / Stern control

Step ①
Hang the product on the hanging plate at the stern of the boat for fixing the outboard, and rotate the locking clamp handle.

Step ② Front control version
Label annotations in diagram:

· Communication cable
Text description:
For the female end of the waterproof connector of the power cable, plug it into the male end of the power connector at the handle end of the product and rotate to lock it (refer to the picture below).
Connect both ends of the communication cable to the product and the control box respectively.

02/ Installation Instructions — Pod

General Note
Note: The flatness requirement of the ship board is 0.1mm and the roughness is 3.2μm.


Step ①
Component labels:clamping ring、Pod gasket、bottom flange of ship
Description text:
Place the pod gasket on the bottom flange of the ship and press it close to the ship plate. Then, press the bottom surfaces of the left and right clamping rings against the ship plate and lock them.

Step ②
Component & screw labels:top flange of ship、bottom flange of ship、exhibition board、6 - M5×35 screws、2 - M10×30 screws
Description text:
Finally, lock the screws on the top flange and the bottom flange of the ship. The thickness of the exhibition board is 4mm.
If the thickness of the ship plate is increased, the length of the six screws should also be increased accordingly.

Step ③
Component labels:Female end of wiring harness (Figure 1)、communication cable、Male end of control box (Figure 2)
Description text:
Plug and connect the female end of the aviation connector with the male end of the anti-reverse connection connector and rotate to lock it. Connect both ends of the communication cable to the anti-reverse connection box and the control box respectively.
Connect the Anderson connector on the other side of the anti-reverse connection to the power supply, and then it can be used.
